The History of Kendall & Maple Falls

Mike Impero, author of “The Lone Jack” and
The Boys of Glacier,” will present insightful and entertaining stories from the early times of Maple Falls and Kendall. Topics will include the early Kendall settlement, the Kendall limestone quarry, early farmers in the area, Maple Falls pioneers, Silver Lake, and a Maple Falls logging company. Come learn about the colorful history of your community from one of our preeminent local historians. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the North Fork Community Library. For: Adults, Grades 9-12.
